Project data will be released within 6 months of being generated. All project ESTs have been deposited in Genbank. Microarray data are being deposited in the Geo database.
An online tool, MADI (MicroArray Data Interface), is available to facilitate querying and viewing information associated with cDNAs printed on microarray chips. This interface enables users to BLAST query sequences against each of the chips, search for spots based on a keyword, and retrieve spot-specific annotation. Additional spot-specific annotation is available at the GENEVA dB, created by the Truman State University team.
